Many. The cliche answer would be what Brian Chesky has built at Airbnb with a strong purpose focused and design-led organisation. On a more personal level I really admire what my parents built with their small businesses. 

Seeing them building something meaningful both for people and for themselves - working hard but really enjoying what they did - is super inspiring to me.
